Warranty Claims Are Different From Returns

Warranty Claims Are Also Different From Shipping Protection
BuyBarber Shipping Protection covers qualifying loss or physical damage that occurs while an eligible protected package is in transit.
Motor, battery, charging, electrical, performance, manufacturer-defect, or mechanical-failure issues occurring after delivery are generally warranty or product-support matters rather than Shipping Protection claims.
Does Opening or Using a Product Cancel Its Warranty?
Simply opening or properly using a product does not necessarily eliminate manufacturer warranty coverage.
Warranty coverage may exclude misuse, abuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, improper maintenance, improper voltage, normal wear and tear, or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect.
