We try to ship all domestic orders within 1 business day if not same day.


Special shipping rates are available other than the standard shipping offered based on the type of product, size, weight and destination.

We try to process all international shipping within 2-5 business days. Typically the shipping time is less than 2 business days.

SHIPPING responsibility is not responsible if any of the shipping information provided is wrong in any circumstance we will ship the packages only to the address and information provided at the checkout by the customer, if you need to make any changes to your shipment inform this immediately to our customer service mail trough the contact form in the site, once the packages have left our premises do not take any responsibility for the delivery of the package even when we will do everything possible to ensure you get your products correctly.



Products that contain alcohol or compressed air are potentially hazardous for shipping. We are only able to ship these items in the Continental U.S. or Canada. If you are an international customer, these items will be refunded and will not be shipped.

FREE SHIPPING OFFER offers free shipping for all orders over $50 to the Continental US  and now free shipping on orders over $150 to Canada. This offer does not apply to other international orders.

For Free Shipping, we use USPS First Class or UPS Ground Shipping based on the items size, weight and Destination for all items. Transit time is 2-6 business days. If fast delivery is needed, choose any of the shipping rates besides the flat or free rate.

International shipments are only shipped trough UPS or DHL Services and exclude any duties, taxes, VAT or similar applicable to the product at destination, this are exclusively the customer responsibility.   

If you return a product for refund which was ordered under the Free Shipping offer and your resulting order total drops below the $50 threshold, we will deduct the price of delivery from your refunded amount.


Many of the products offered by include warranties offered by their individual manufacturers/distributors. All items in need of warranty support are the responsibility of the manufacturer/distributor, as specified in the conditions and time period set forth in the manufacturer’s warranty. will assist you in any way possible to obtain service from any manufacturer, however is not liable in the event of the failure of the manufacturer/distributor to perform warranty service.


Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. If you wish to return your merchandise, please contact us for an exchange or refund within 365 days of purchase. Merchandise can be returned only in new, unused condition, in the original packaging, same condition as sold, with tamper-proof seals unbroken, if present, and with all literature and factory seals in place, otherwise a restock-fee will be charged or the return may not be accepted. Refunds or exchanges do not apply to blade sampler packs which have been partially used. All returns must be pre-approved by a representative of via phone or email. Return Shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. Refunds for returned items will be paid in full, less shipping, within 7 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. All orders returned within 60 days will receive refund via original payment method. If it is over 60 days we will issue store credit. All international returns exceeding the 60 days will only receive store credit. For your protection, insure the package and ship via a traceable method. is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
