As a result, you can choose the format that fits your hand position and service style. The body is made from stainless steel for superior ductility and corrosion resistance, and the handle materials are built for heat resistance.

• Disinfection: ACS-RB/RW/RL and ACS-NB/NW/NL can be disinfected by boiling or using ethanol
