Shipping Protection — Damaged Shipment Claims

If your order arrives physically damaged from shipping, please contact us quickly. BuyBarber Shipping Protection may help with qualifying damage that occurred while the package was in transit.

To properly review a damaged-shipment claim, we need clear documentation showing both the condition of the package and the actual product damage.

Report Damage Within 72 Hours

Shipping damage must be reported within 72 hours of the carrier’s documented delivery date and time.

Prompt reporting helps us determine whether the damage occurred during transit and gives the carrier a fair opportunity to investigate.

A late report may be denied if the delay prevents a proper investigation.

Please Take Clear Photos

The damaged product

The outside of the shipping box

All internal packing materials

The complete shipping label

How the product was positioned inside the package

Any visible damage to the retail product packaging

Any other relevant area of damage

Keep Everything

Please keep the damaged product, shipping carton, shipping label, internal packing materials, retail product box, accessories, and all other shipment contents until the claim is fully resolved.

Discarding these materials too soon can make it difficult or impossible to complete the investigation.

Cosmetic Box Damage

A dented or scuffed retail box does not automatically qualify as shipping damage if the product itself is complete, functional, and undamaged.

Shipping Protection is intended for qualifying damage to the merchandise, not cosmetic packaging damage alone.

Shipping Damage vs. Product Defect

Shipping Protection applies to qualifying physical damage caused during transit.

A clipper that later develops a battery issue, charging problem, performance issue, or manufacturer defect is generally a warranty or product-support matter rather than a shipping-damage claim.

Missing Contents or Possible Tampering

If items appear to be missing, please photograph the shipping carton, shipping label, internal packaging, product boxes, and everything you actually received.

We may review package weight, fulfillment information, carrier records, package condition, photographs, and other available evidence.

A missing-item report does not automatically mean the carrier damaged or tampered with the package.

Carrier Review

A formal carrier claim or inspection may be required.

You may be asked to complete a statement, provide additional photographs, make the package available for inspection, or provide other reasonable documentation.

If the Claim Is Approved

Possible resolutions may include a replacement, store credit, credit toward a future purchase, or another resolution selected by BuyBarber.

An approved Shipping Protection claim does not automatically result in a cash or credit-card refund unless otherwise required by law.
